  • Delivery times are estimates only.
  • Risk passes to you once the order is delivered.

  • It is your responsibility to check this information before ordering.
  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions where the information was clearly provided.

11. Perishable Items & Storage Disclaimer 

All products sold by Sweet Doce Vibes are perishable food items. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Sweets and confectionery have a limited shelf life and are best consumed before the “Best Before” date printed on the packaging.
  • Once delivered, it is your responsibility to store the products correctly (in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and strong odours).
  • We are not responsible for any spoilage, changes in texture, flavour, or quality that occur after delivery due to improper storage or delays in consumption.
  • Perishable items cannot be returned or refunded once delivered, except in cases of damage or fault caused during transit (as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy).
  • We recommend consuming our products within the timeframe stated on the packaging for the best quality and safety.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
